What are you making for Thanksgiving this year?

By Ange's Table

Good morning.  How are you doing today?  I hope you have had a great week so far.

Can you believe its already that time of year? Honestly, it feels like yesterday it was 92’F and I was relaxing in the yard.  Now I stay away from the door when it opens, cause I might catch a chill.  😂

As most of you know, I am still unable to eat any kind of meat, poultry or fish.  So what is a girl to do for the holidays?  SIDES!!  We all know its all about the sides anyway.  Who really wants that turkey.  We all want the stuffing, sweet potatoes and cranberry.  You can keep the turkey.  But maybe save me a piece, just in case……

Thanksgiving is by far my most favorite holiday of the year.  It has nothing to do with gifts, given or received.  It is only about being with those you love most, eating until you can’t fit anything else into your mouth, and just enjoying the people around you.  This is how I try to live my life every day, but I really love the fact that we have a day every year to remember this.

Today I want to share with you my favorite sides, and a few quick meals that can be used for your Thanksgiving table, or any day of the year.  All you need to do is click on the photo.

I wish you all a happy and healthy Thanksgiving.  Happy Eating all!
