Good morning to you. How are you on this beautiful morning? Even if its raining cats and dogs, it is a beautiful day, because we are here to be a part of it.
Today I would like to share with you all some of my favorite recipes that have been on the blog so far. We all have those meals that we can eat over and over again. Or we have our favorite treats that we love to have hanging around the kitchen.

Seasoned Salt Mix
This Seasoned Salt Mix has to be my most favorite recipe of all. I use this on everything I cook. Why do my eggs taste so much better, or my simple veggie sides? The secret is the Salt Mix.

Pork Chops Marsala
Most people only think of Chicken Marsala, but you haven't lived until you had it made with pork chops!

Lentils
Growing up in an Italian household, Lentils were a staple meal. Especially on Fridays during Lent, when Catholics abstain from eating meat. This recipe has pork, but you can leave it out if needed.

Oat Flour Pancakes
Pancakes are not just for breakfast. Topped with sliced banana and honey is my favorite way to eat them. How about you?

Beer Battered Onion Rings
Do I really need to say any more?

Rainbow Cookies
Gluten and Dairy Free, these Rainbow Cookies are life changing. So thankful my cousin @Franny_Gram shared her recipe with me.

Baby Back Ribs
In our house, we make ribs several different ways. But I have to say on the grill, with my homemade BBQ sauce is the bees knees.

Brussels Sprouts
Growing up, I never ate a Brussels Sprout, ever. It was not something my mom cooked. But now I have so many ways I like to make them. Cooked simply with garlic, olive oil and my salt mix has to be number 1.

BBQ Rub
I will end this with my BBQ Rub. This rub works so well on pork, beef, chicken, and all kinds of vegetables. The flavor this BBQ Rub brings to any dish is outstanding.
