Baby Back Ribs on the BBQ

By Ange's Table

Good morning to you.  Happy Sunday to you.  Remember to rest and do something nice for yourself today.

I have another way I cook ribs to share with you today.  Last time, I gave you my secret trick for Oven Baked Ribs.  Today I want to share how I make ribs on the BBQ.

The most important thing to remember is to cook these ribs over indirect heat.  After a few hours, the meat will pull up off of the bone, and then we can sauce them up.

Whether you use your oven, or the grill outside, I know you will eat up every one of these Baby Back Ribs.

Delicious with just BBQ rub, but lets take them to the next level.

Preheat your BBQ or grill to 325’F.  Make sure to have an area for cooking with indirect heat.

Season your ribs liberally with BBQ Rub.  Season with Salt Mix.

Place on grill over indirect heat, close lid.  Cook for 2-2 1/2 hours.

Brush with BBQ Sauce.  Close, cook 15-20 minutes more.

Let rest under foil for 30 minutes before slicing.

Enjoy!

How often do you make ribs at home?  Which is your preferred method, on the grill or in the oven?
