Good morning all.
I am so happy that the warmer weather is finally with us. I love spending time outside. Having my coffee in the yard, listening to the birds. Sunshine on my face. It really is one of the best pleasures of life.
One of the things that I love doing is grilling outside. First off, the flavor of food off the grill is amazing. But besides that, it means less pots and pans to wash. Winner all around in my book.
We had burgers the other night, and I put this burger sauce on it. OMG! This was one of the best things I have put in my mouth in a while. And it was so yummy not only on my burger, but as a dip for my fries and fried onion as well.
Go ahead, make yourself some. I know you’ll like it.

Burger Sauce
- 1/4 cup pickled asparagus, diced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt mix
- 1/4 tsp ancho chili powder
- 2 tsp pickle juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp chives
Mix everything in a medium bowl. Cover, let rest in refrigerator 1 hour, longer is better.
Enjoy!
