Walks in Nature

By Ange's Table

Good morning to all of you.  How is everyone today?

Welcome to the middle of April.  We are half way to my birthday, just saying.

We keep seeing on social media, and in the news how many people are sick, or how many people have died.  Or will die.  Or will get sick, and then die.  I’m done with it.  I need to focus on the positive.

I thank God that my family and I are still doing well.  We have our health.  For my birthday, I could not even think to ask for more.  There are people that are still having parties, and get together’s, and not giving a shit about the rest of the world.

I am not that person.  I cannot be that person.  Please everyone, stay safe.  Stay home.  Wash your hands.  Don’t share your germs with anyone else.  Be like a little kid, everyone has the cooties.  And you haven’t gotten your cootie shot yet.

Keep up with the social distancing.  I know its been a really long time.  But unless we get this right, it will have to be for so much longer.  Don’t you want to be able to have the 4th of July BBQ, with real people at your house?  And not just a video call?

If you can, go for a walk.  I know that I have the advantage of living near the ocean, but I know you can walk up and down your own block.  Maybe you have a park near by.

Don’t go out and have a party, or even meet up with anyone.  Just get yourself some fresh air.  Take half an hour for yourself.  Feel the sun on your face.  Its amazing how much better I feel after some fresh air.
