Good morning to you. Happy Saturday.
I pray you get all of your needed chores done early, so that you can have the rest of today and tomorrow to do nothing.
Doing nothing has to be my favorite thing to do. Is that bad? I am not lazy, I swear it!!
Okay, maybe just a little bit lazy. But I am only lazy when it comes to leaving the house. Our home is clean, we have home cooked food every day. All of the important stuff has been taken care of. Its just leaving. I have to get dressed. In real outside clothes?
Honesty, I haven’t figured out if staying in due to COVID has changed my “staying in.” I mean I guess I did go to other peoples houses more. And we would go up the block to our local favorite restaurant @canlonsrestaurant. Not so much now. But as for socializing, geez, we hadn’t done that in forever anyway.
Is that what happens when you get older? Coffee at 4 in the afternoon is now the big thing? Well, when you have the 4pm coffee, I have the perfect snack to serve. And you don’t have to share, everyone gets their own. Individual Chocolate Pudding Pie. With a graham cracker crust. Tell me, what is better than that?

Top with some crumbled graham crackers.
Chill before serving.
These little babies were so darn good. Thank you @everydaymaven for creating the perfect Chocolate Pudding recipe. It goes perfect with an Oat Graham Cracker crust.
