Grilled Breaded Pork Chops

By Ange's Table

Hey there.  How are you today?  Did you have a good 4th of July?

Our day was great!  Celebrating our life together, and our country.  Good food, cold beer, good friends.  Could not ask for more.

Today I want to share with you all a pork chop recipe I learned a long time ago from someone very special to me.  She is a fantastic cook, and is my 2nd mother.  I love her very much.  Thanks for sharing these pork chops Ma, everyone who eats them, loves them!

Grilled Breaded Pork Chops

  • 5-6 pork chops, your favorite cut
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 Tbsp parsley
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp Seasoned Salt Mix
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp  Seasoned Salt Mix
  • Lemon wedges for serving, optional but recommended

Mix flour, nutritional yeast, parsley, garlic and salt in a medium bowl.

Mix oil and salt in separate medium bowl.

Dip the pork chops in the oil, letting the excess run off.  Then dip in flour mixture, making sure to press the flour onto the pork chops.

Let chops rest so that the breading sticks to the chops.

Preheat your grill.  Once it reaches 375-400’F, place the chops on the grill.  Close the lid, let the pork cook 8-12 minutes per side, depending on thickness.  Make sure you cook the pork to 145’F.

Once finished, let the pork chops rest 10 minutes before cutting into them.

Enjoy!

How do you like to make your pork chops?  I know you and your family will love these as much as we do.
