Chocolate Cups

By Ange's Table

Hello there!  Happy Wednesday to you!

Today I have the easiest, yummiest chocolate recipe for you!  Just a little something sweet to brighten up your week.  You can use anything you want as the filling.  All you have to do is open your cupboard and see what you have on hand.

For these little babies, I used our family favorites.  Toasted coconut, honey granola, and raspberry jelly.

What will you use?

Chocolate Cups

  • 1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup filling of choice (jelly, honey granola, coconut, etc.)
  • 16 mini cupcake papers

Melt chocolate in your preferred manner.

Once melted, add 1/2 Tbsp chocolate to bottom of paper cup. Spoon 1/4 tsp of filling onto chocolate.  Then gently spoon 1 tsp melted chocolate over the top.

You can sprinkle a small amount of filling on top so you know what is inside the cup.

Refrigerate 1 hour.

Enjoy!
