Good morning. I hope that you all had a good start to your week.
Has anyone else been trying to bake gluten free bread? With no gums, or seeds. Just using flour, water, maybe some yeast or sourdough? I am still not there yet.
I know that when people made bread a couple hundred years ago, they made it with what was available to them. I really would love to know what their oat breads looked and tasted like. There were most definitely some bakers who were able to get delicious bread from oats. I want to meet them. I have questions for you!









Whats the moral of the story here? Never give up. This must be close to 30 something bread fails. Thats okay. I will keep trying!
