Chicken Sausage Patties

Hello.  How are you doing?  How has your week been so far?

We are all well here in the Table household.  Can’t believe its August already.  Where has the time gone?

Today I want to share with you a simple, yet absolutely delicious Chicken Sausage Patty recipe.  It has 5 ingredients total, but that can be our little secret.

Cut up the chicken into smaller pieces to fit in the food processor

Pulse until you have bite sized pieces

Add the spices right to the food processor

Pulse until the spices are all mixed, and the chicken is finely chopped

Portion out the sausage mix

My favorite way to eat Chicken Sausage Patties (Click picture for waffle recipe)

Chicken Sausage Patties

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 2 tsp seasoned salt mix
  • 1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp marjoram
  • 1 tsp ground sage

Cut the chicken breast into smaller pieces to fit into your food processor.  Pulse until it is chopped into bite sized pieces.

Add seasonings to the food processor, and pulse until it is all combined.

Portion out the ground meat mixture, and flatten into patties.

Cook on lightly greased pan 5-6 minutes until golden brown on both sides and cooked through.
