Good morning. How was your weekend? I hope you rested.
Do you like chips? I LOVE chips. I can eat anything on a chip. But trying to find chips in the store that have not been made in peanut, or sunflower or corn oil is a real issue. Besides the fact that I have 654864613 allergies to all the other ingredients that are put in the chip. so I make my own at home.
Making chips is actually easier than you think. These cassava flour chips are just the tortilla recipe on the back of @Ottosnaturals Cassava flour bag.
Working with this flour is more like working with traditional wheat flour. You just need to be careful not to add too much. Use parchment to help you roll out the dough. And cut the chips to whatever you want them to be.
Animals? Sure. Alphabet shapes? Go for it. Random squares and triangles? That’s what I did.
